Upon reaching out, you’ll first receive a comprehensive questionnaire and mood board that will help guide the design direction. These tools are carefully crafted to capture your vision, preferences, and the overall tone you'd like your project to convey. After reviewing and completing the initial materials, we’ll schedule a one-on-one consultation, either via phone or video chat, to discuss your ideas in greater depth. This consultation will give us the opportunity to refine the details, ensuring that we fully understand your goals. Following our discussion, a tailored proposal will be sent to you, outlining the scope, timeline, and deliverables for the project. Once you’ve reviewed and selected the proposal, a deposit will be required to officially begin the design process.

Once the deposit is received, we will commence the design work. The process includes an initial creative development phase, after which we will present the first draft of your design. You’ll have two rounds of revisions to fine-tune the design and ensure it aligns with your vision. Any additional revisions beyond the allotted rounds may incur additional charges, which will be discussed beforehand. Throughout this phase, we are dedicated to ensuring that every detail is carefully refined to meet your expectations.

After you’ve approved the design, we’ll make the final edits and prepare all materials in the agreed-upon formats. You will then receive the final design for your review. Once everything is approved, the remaining 50% balance will be due before the final product is delivered. Upon receipt of the final payment, you will receive your completed design in all agreed-upon file formats, ready for use across your platforms.
